Display differences/issue on webpage between physical pc and cloud pc

We use Windows 365 Enterprise and have a few web developers who see a different display of their webpage on their cloud pc vs a physical pc. The cloud pc appears to display OK but when viewing on a physical pc words overlay on top of each other.

This happens on both when working on cloud pc through browser connection and remote desktop connection. 

This happens on all the developers computers which run Windows 10 and even when using just the laptop display.

Not sure what else we can look at on why this is happening

Either way, I'd suggest filing a support ticket through Microsoft Endpoint Manager (https://endpoint.microsoft.com) for the support team to investigate.
