WSL (and WSA) ask for virtualization even though it is enabled

So I just installed Windows 11 on my laptop yesterday and I found out that neither WSL nor WSA work on here. I had Windows 10 previously (I still have it on my other hard drive) and WSL on Windows 10 did work. So,
this is the error i get when trying to run a WSL distro installer:

and this is the WSA error:

These are Optional Features enabled:

and this is my winver:

Hope this problem will be resolved soon since i need Linux apps for my high school and its much more comfortable to run them under Windows. Yeah, native Linux does not like my NVidia GPU.

P.S. Intel Virtualization in BIOS is enabled.

Are bumps a thing in here like on other forums? If anyone is interested, yes, i am still suffering from this issue. Yes, i still want an answer for my problem. And yes, Windows 10 WSL still works just fine on my other hard drive.
also experiencing this (WSA). it worked perfectly well before

I had exactly the same issue with wsa/wsl, even on the exact OS build. I disabled Hyper-V, Virtual Machine Platform, Windows Hypervisor Platform, and Windows Subsystem for Linux, then restarted. After reenabling these features and restarting a second time everything worked fine again. Hope this helps @cubementore  @Nomad609 .  I believe the reason mine stopped working was because I ran a Powershell command that disabled Hyper-V so I could run android Pie on Bluestacks, but I don't know for sure.
