Troubles viewing 4k video from YouTube
I have a Windows 11 and there seems to be a problem when I'm watching 4K videos such as this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=62y2Qr-IEUA&t=106s The problem is that the video stalls a few times...
Thanks, tried turning the acceleration options off and restarted the PC but still having the same issue. When I watch the red bar at the bottom move across the YouTube video, it shows how much it has pre-cached/downloaded and when the red bar catches up to the grey bar, the system has no more pre-cached video and this is where the video stops, waits for more to download, then continues.
Someone mentioned the following but I'm not sure if it is true:
Your GPU doesn't have av1 hardware decode, so it's too slow for av1 4k.
