The system indicates that Storage Awareness is not running, but the feature is enabled in Settings.
The Storage Sense feature in System Settings has been manually enabled, but I occasionally receive a notification stating that Storage Sense is not running; I have to toggle the feature on and off to restore normal cleanup.
Upon investigation, I found that even when enabled, Storage Sense does not automatically perform cleanup operations as scheduled, especially when new content is downloaded to the Downloads folder.

In Settings > System > Storage > Storage Sense, set the frequency of Storage Sense to Daily and check the Delete temporary files option.
