The Start Menu Refuses to Open on Windows 11 PC

For the past couple of days, every time I click the Start button or press the Windows key on my keyboard, absolutely nothing happens—the Start menu just refuses to open, no matter how many times I try. I've already restarted my PC several times and ran the system file checker, but the issue keeps coming back, and I'm hoping someone here has a fix that doesn't involve reinstalling Windows.

    If the new user account works fine, consider migrating your data to the new account.

    Sometimes user profile corruption causes this issue.

    Create a new account via Settings > Accounts > Family & other users.

    Log into the new account and see if the Start menu works.
