text and icons get blurry in windowed tab

Hello! I have a problem with my computer, where it displays blurry text and icons on windowed mode apps/tabs/whatever you want to call it. Sometimes when I open up an app and it opens in windowed mode, it displays text and icons on that app as blurry/pixelated, unless i start clicking on it and selecting it, then it turns back to normal.

I have Windows 11, help would be greatly appreciated

    Some applications have hardware acceleration that can cause display issues:
    Check the app settings for options related to hardware acceleration and disable it. This option is typically found in the settings menu of apps like browsers (Chrome, Firefox) or other software.
