Taskbar all black not showing icons

Running Windows 11 22000.258. Once in a while when opening my laptop the taskbar is solid black. The app icon locations are there but totally black.  If you hover over them one at a time they will display and you can activate it. Once activated it will stay on.  I've tried re-booting and most of the time this works.  Once in a while it won't and I close it down and restart again.

I found an article that shut down Iris service using a command line and this seemed to help until the latest update yesterday. Not sure if I want to try this again...

Any thoughts?
