Slow response for Save as function

I'm using Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2 on a Dell PC and when I use the 'Save as' function the pop-up window takes up to a minute to display my folder structure. Is this a known problem or are there any settings that need to be changed?

Same issue here and it's getting worst with time, did you find any solutions?

@Tim_39 The problem appears to have been solved, but I don't know how it was solved.
