Right click crashes explorer.exe

Hello, 

I am using windows 11 with two monitors. I have recently installed a fresh copy of windows 11. But, now i have encountered an issue. Say i have monitor A and monitor B, if i right clicked the desktop on monitor B, it casus the explorer.exe crash. I have also tried switching the primary monitor around, the right clicking on monitor B still crashes the explorer. I have tried a full system virus scan and a system scan through CMD and i have not gotten any positive result that solved the issue. 
Please help.

    Try update your graphic card driver.
    Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.

        Try performing a Clean Boot and see if the problem persists?
