My Windows 11 Laptop says "plugged in, not charging"
My Windows 11 laptop is plugged into the AC adapter, but the battery icon shows 'plugged in, not charging' and the charge level remains stuck. I have tried different outlets and confirmed the adapter is working, yet the battery will not charge, and I am seeking troubleshooting advice.

Please try these steps:
- Open Device Manager.
- Locate the primary battery installed.
- Right click > Uninstall.
- Confirm with Yes.
- Click Action > Scan for hardware changes.
- Close Device Manager.
