Mouse-directed Volume Mixer

I am often attending multiple meetings, watching videos, and training simultaneously. Currently, I have to adjust the audio for each window through the Volume Mixer. This is a bit tedious and distracting. It would be awesome if I could activate a Mouse-over feature where the mouse controls my audio focus. For example, if I’m in two meetings, I want to monitor the audio from both. If someone says something of interest, I click the window of primary interest causing this audio to increase by a percentage and decrease the other audio by a percentage. This should be built into Windows OS.
