Internet connection drops?

My Internet connection on a computer drops frequently, only when restarting the computer will it work but within minutes or hours it will drop. I've never experienced this before; I've used the command tracert on any web site and the results are host unreachable. 

At first, I thought it was the network, which was set to private, although after changing it to public. The issue persists?

I already did this, it didn't fix the issue.
