How do I bring up the right-click menu in the empty space of File Explorer on Windows 11?

I would like to ask if there is a way to bring up the right-click menu in the blank area pointed to by the red cursor in the file manager? Currently, clicking here does not produce any response.

    1. Navigate to the folder you want to work in using File Explorer.
    2. Move your cursor to any empty area within the main file/folder viewing pane.
    3. Press the right mouse button (or the right side of your touchpad).
    4. The modern Windows 11 context menu will appear.
