Data Loss: Using Recovery Mode will erase all data on the iPad. Ensure you have a backup available if you want to recover your data afterward.
Backup Beforehand: If possible, make a backup before entering Recovery Mode. If the iPad is already locked and you can't access it, this might not be an option.
Apple ID and Activation Lock: After restoring, if you had Find My iPad enabled, you'll need to enter your Apple ID and password to bypass the Activation Lock during the setup process.
