Error while install (PNP Watchdog ERROR)

Still getting error installing even thou now it finally realizes that I have met all requirements. Maybe less manipulating controlling and coercing peoples medical decisions and more ACTUALLY BUILDING A DECENT OPERATING SYSTEM?
