Desktop Bug - Background Preferences Logic Bug

While adding a new desktop, I encountered a bug again. The background personalizing for the desktops only includes the opening of an image file. The background settings are uniform across all backgrounds.

This desktop list should serve as a preview for what these should look like.When the last image was adjusted, this one broke.This image has been surrounded in black before.This was the last background adjusted and the last desktop added.For some reason, that samurai screenshot works just fine.
