Bluetooth says devices are connected – but nothing actually is

I've got a weird one. The Bluetooth icon in my taskbar keeps showing that devices are connected—sometimes 1, sometimes 2, sometimes 5—but when I check Bluetooth settings, nothing is listed as connected.

This only started after I tried using Phone Link and blocked it from accessing my phone. Could that be related?

Running Windows 11 Home, 25H2, build 26200.9168. Anyone know what's going on or how to clear it?
