Bluetooth and audio.
For some reason my bluetooth connections are all connecting but I am not getting any audio out. Audio will play when I link directly to the ear plug jack but just wont work when I try to use my Bose sound board and earbuds or apple airpods, any solutions. I have had a quick assist with Micosoft and Bose but still none are working.

Since the earbuds, the Bose speaker and the AirPods all connect but give no sound, while the headphone jack works, Windows is most likely sending the sound to the wrong output, or the Bluetooth audio driver on the PC is stuck. Both are fixable with these steps, in this order:
- Choose the output yourself. Click the speaker icon at the bottom right, then the small arrow next to the volume slider, and pick your Bluetooth device from the list. Or go to Settings > System > Sound and, under Output, select the Bluetooth device. Windows often keeps the headphone jack as the default after a device connects.
- Look at the volume too. In Settings > System > Sound > Volume mixer, check that the apps are not turned down or pointing at another device, and check the device volume on the earbuds themselves.
- Remove and pair again. Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices, click the three dots next to the device, Remove device. Then put the earbuds in pairing mode and add them again. Do this for one device first and test it.
- Restart the audio services. Press Win+R, type services.msc, find Windows Audio, Windows Audio Endpoint Builder and Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service (or Bluetooth Support Service), and restart each one.
- Reinstall the Bluetooth driver. In Device Manager open Bluetooth, right-click your Bluetooth adapter, choose Uninstall device, restart the PC, and let Windows install it again. If it still fails, get the latest Bluetooth driver from your PC maker's support page.
- Run the troubleshooters under Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters, for both Bluetooth and Playing Audio.
If one device works after step 1 or 3 and the others do not, tell us which, because that points to the cause. If none of them work after the driver reinstall, a firmware update for the Bluetooth chip or a hardware fault is possible, and testing with a cheap USB Bluetooth adapter would confirm it.
