Audio and Video sync

I have installed windows 11 about 3 times now and still the main problem because of which i have to switch back windows 10 is that when i am on chrome browser my audio and video are out of sync, the audio runs ahead and video runs behind. I have tried a lot to fix this but i am not able to. Would be glad if someone could help.
