Windows10 Mouse pointer size resets to default after rebooting the system
After customizing the mouse pointer size in Settings and restarting the computer, the pointer size reverts to the default setting. The settings in the Control Panel appear unchanged, but the actual pointer size on the screen has become smaller.
Reapplying the setting temporarily resolves the issue, but it reverts to the original state after the next restart.

Ensure the Magnifier tool isn't set to automatically enable or change the zoom level, as this can affect pointer size.
