Windows10 Automatic Maintenance runs during active hours and causes system slowdowns

Automatic Maintenance occasionally runs during active hours, causing high disk usage and noticeable system slowdowns while the user is working. The maintenance schedule is set to run at 2:00 AM, but the task still starts during the day when the PC was asleep at the scheduled time. Adjusting the maintenance settings or disabling wake timers does not prevent the task from running during active hours.
