Windows 10 taskbar becomes unresponsive every time I return from the lock screen
For about a month, I've been having an issue where the Windows 10 taskbar becomes completely unresponsive after my PC sits idle and goes to the lock screen.
The only temporary fix I've found is to open Task Manager and restart Windows Explorer. After that, the taskbar works normally again, but the problem eventually comes back.
I've already tried SFC /scannow, repair commands in PowerShell/CMD, and a disk check, but none of them found any problems. I also tested another PC, and it doesn't have the same issue.
Has anyone experienced this before or know what might be causing it?

You can try updating or reinstalling your graphics card driver, then restarting Windows Explorer, since a non-responsive taskbar after unlocking the screen is often related to an issue with Explorer or the display driver.
