Windows 10 System Issues

When I click the Start menu button in the lower-left corner, nothing happens, and the right-click menu and search function are also unavailable. Restarting Windows Explorer does not resolve the issue; only restarting the computer restores normal functionality, but the problem recurs from time to time.
