Windows 10 Problem with Dial Up Connection

Hello  Windows 10 community

I am new to this

I have an dial up connection to surf the web my Browsers are working properly and the store app

Except all other apps like wecther,news,xbox etc

 My problem is this and sometime if i connected to any open wifi in range the all apps work i tried on all builds of windows 10 and now i am on 10586 I wanted that when we doing a clean install of windows 10 it asks for go online over wifi Microsoft can also add connect over dial up and ISP

connection on clean install of windows 10

    Hi Ritik,

     

    Did you by any chance disable your windows firewall? if so turn it on again & retry your apps

      Hi Erick

       

      Thanx for repliying but i did'nt trun off my firewall It is running smoothly

      and it is possible that my antivirous is blocking apps to use the internet

    Open Windows PowerShell as Administrator and type the following command and hit Enter key then: Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
