windows 10 PRO C partition take more than 100GB space

After installation first time it looks around 20GB but after certain period it reached more than 100GB in my org. even there is not weight application installed except MS Office STD 2016

You could try some utility like TreeSize Free to find space hogs.

You can clean unwanted file from your computer from storage! Hope it will free up your drive space.

User's cached mailboxes are stored on the C: drive and for us, that's where a huge amount of storage is taken up.
