Windows 10 May Be Causing Laptop Keyboards to Malfunction

My keyboard has stopped working twice, and both times I resolved the issue by holding down the power button to force a shutdown and then restarting the computer. While this has worked for now, I’m concerned the problem might happen again. I’d like to know if this issue is related to Windows 11 and if there’s a more permanent solution.
