I've WPF program installed in my customer computer with Windows 10 IOT installed, my customer is experience touch/delay issue on the touch screen monitor.
I found there is a release to fix this problem in these update = KB4346783

But this does not apply to Windows 10 IOT, so when this will be available to Windows 10 IOT ?
