Windows 10 - Bit Locker Recovery Key Lost

So I have a laptop I check Azure AD and the device is not on Azure AD. I also check 

https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com and did not find the device. So is there any way to find a way to unlock this device. Key must be online somewhere correct?
