Why Does My Laptop Only Disconnect External Displays Randomly?

My laptop randomly disconnects from external displays while I am using them, even though the cables and monitors appear to work normally with other devices. The issue happens without warning and the display reconnects only after reconnecting the cable, changing settings, or restarting the system. I have checked the graphics drivers and connection ports, but I cannot determine whether the cause is related to hardware, software, or power management.
