When you use Shift + Delete to delete a file, the dialog box sometimes does not appear

When you press Shift + Delete to permanently delete a file, the system sometimes deletes the file immediately without displaying a confirmation dialog, even if you have confirmed that the “Show delete confirmation dialog” option is checked in the Recycle Bin properties.
