Virtual Memory Warnings and Low RAM Issues
I am frequently receiving warnings about low virtual memory and insufficient RAM on my Windows 10 system, which causes my computer to run slowly and sometimes become unresponsive. Despite closing unnecessary programs and restarting my PC, the issue persists, indicating that my system is struggling to manage memory effectively during regular tasks. These warnings appear even when I have only a few applications open, and they often lead to performance drops, delayed responses, or system crashes. I am unsure if this is caused by a misconfiguration, a memory leak, or insufficient physical RAM for my usage needs. I am seeking advice on how to troubleshoot and resolve these virtual memory and low RAM issues to improve my system’s stability and performance.

Hi Mandaoy ,
If you're frequently seeing low virtual memory or insufficient RAM warnings, start by checking Task Manager to see which programs are using the most memory. Make sure Windows is managing the virtual memory (page file) automatically, and disable any unnecessary programs that launch at startup. It's also a good idea to run a malware scan and use the built-in Windows Memory Diagnostic tool to check for possible RAM issues. Ensure your system drive has enough free space, as virtual memory relies on available storage. If memory usage remains high during normal tasks, upgrading your RAM may be the most effective long-term solution
