The config system corrupted on Win 10

My Windows 10 PC shows a blue screen error saying the config system is corrupted, and it cannot boot properly. Also a separate Windows Update has failed to install for the second time in a row. Please help.

    In search type CMD, then click run as administrator. Enter these step by step:
    1) Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /checkhealth
    2) Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /scanhealth
    3) Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
    4) sfc /scannow
    5) Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore
    6) Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

    Even if for example you run only sfc/scannow, is good to follow these steps.
