Taskbar Expandable Folder

Hello everyone,

I have not come across this topic in previous discussions. I am looking to create an expandable folder in the taskbar similar to the feature available in earlier versions of Windows (refer to the image). 

This functionality has been extremely useful to me, and not having it might compel me to revert back to Windows 10!

I am not keen on using third-party tools to completely alter the taskbar appearance; I prefer its current style. However, it would be ideal if I could add this expandable folder feature in a separate custom toolbar.
