Task Manager shows 100% disk utilization all the time

My machine will always have 100% disk usage. I have tried fix suggested by Microsoft several times but no improvement.

Kindly advise as this is annoying and laptop is extremely slow.

Hi,
can you post a screenshot of "Processes" and "details" tab of task manager, Sorted by "Disk", when it has 100% disk utilization?

Do you know what process is consuming so much resources?

Did you recently update or upgrade Windows 10?

Are you using SSD or HDD hard drive?
