Severe Failure Occurs on the SSD During Windows 10 Startup
Previously, there were several instances where an error message appeared during startup indicating that the boot SSD could not be detected, but the system would return to normal after a few restarts. Now, the system won't boot at all; an error screen appears immediately after powering on, and selecting any option simply returns to that screen—not even the option to restore factory settings appears.
The device is a Dell G7 7588 laptop.
My top priority right now is to access the system or save my personal files from the hard drive by other means. Are there any viable solutions? While a factory reset is a last resort, I’m willing to consider it.

Since the system cannot boot at all, the most reliable approach is to remove the SSD from the laptop and read it as an external drive using another computer.
