Setting the banner notifications in an other location

In Windows 10 20H2, how do I set all banner notifications of Windows and its apps to display in the top right of the screen?

Hi,
I did some research, it doesn't look like there is a way to do this in Windows 10.
there used to be a registry trick but it seems like it no longer works.

if i'm understanding correct are you talking about Taskbar?

in order to configure this you right click on the taskbar and   select bottom option called Taskbar Settings.

i'm attaching s screen shoot to help you understand if this is something you wanted to do
