Resetting Fonts to default (remove installed fonts)

Copper Contributor

Hey all,

Hoping there is some way to remove any fonts installed by users, I know there is a base set of fonts that are installed when you first boot up Windows.

Is there a way to get back to these fonts, without having to nuke a computer? Fonts I've installed have been "installed for everyone". I want to remove all fonts that have been installed by user, so I can confidently install the Google Font repository and know everything in my font list is either licensed or open source.

I've already gone Control Panel > Fonts > Font Settings > Restore default font settings which is the only suggestion that comes up when trying to search for this, and it doesn't do anything useful I still have all the fonts that have been installed by users installed on the computer.

TIA.
