Remove the voice assistant voice on each user's login screens

Hi On Windows 10 20H2, I have noticed that, when I click on the Accessibility icon on the user's login screen, the voice of the voice assistant starts. How do I remove this voice on each user...

Open Feedback hub app, from the left side go to Feedback, then my feedback, once you found your feedback, click on it, and click on the share button on the top right.

I don't have a community,
when you click on Share, a short link will be there, copy it and paste it to anywhere you want, like in this post.
