The battery/adapter indicator in my taskbar keeps saying that it is plugged but not charging. I tried uninstalling and disabling the device for it then restarting my computer but it's still not working. Does anybody know how to fix this?
Thanks for your response. I wanted to let you know that I was able to fix the problem. All I had to do was shut down/restart my computer with the adapter unplugged and once it booted back up, I plugged the adapter back in.
