Problem in win10 install

When I install win10 I find MBR to GPT disk problem when I ask for solution ( shift+f10) it's format the disk
Please help me install it without disk format

    How are you trying to install Windows 10?

    Are you trying to do a clean install by booting from a bootable USB drive or by upgrading from a previous version of Windows?
