I have a networked printer that is turned off most of the time. If I turn it on after Windows 10, Windows still reports it as Off line. My work-around is to get out of all software and reboot Windows. I just updated to Windows Home 2004 (OS Build 19041.610) from 1909. This was not a problem in 1909.
