PC reboot loop when trying to Install Windows 10 from USB stick?

My PC blue screened last week. It was too quick to see the error message. Then I was stuck in the automatic repair loop.

After some testing, I think the HDD failed (which has win 10 on it). I tested it using a usb adapter and none of the testing services showed any info about it (beyond it was detected). I also got the 0xc00000e error .

I have a SSD and want to install Windows on it. I've got a USB stick with Windows 10 on it (downloaded from Microsoft). However, I'm having difficulties installing it.

The USB stick is detected but when I boot from it, the Asus or Windows logo appears, the spinning circle appears for a couple of seconds, then a red line flashes across the screen and the PC reboots. Then the cycle starts over, again and again.

Use a different USB port, preferably a USB 2.0 port if available, as sometimes USB 3.0 ports can cause boot issues during installation.

If possible, test your SSD in another PC or use manufacturer tools (like Samsung Magician, Crucial Storage Executive, etc.) to check its health. Consider testing your RAM as well, since memory issues can cause install and boot problems.
