Need to remove Admin auto configured Microsoft updates

Windows 10 Pro workstation is on network.  Admin automatically does Windows updates.  How do I remove one particular workstation from those updates?  I don't know where to go to change it and can I just remove one workstation?

Click start>Settings>Control Panel>System.
Select the Automatic Updates tab.
Click Turn off Automatic Updates.
Click Apply.
Click OK.
