You can run CMD as admin and run the following commands that will try to repair broken components.
Sfc.exe /scannow
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Then reboot the device
