Microsoft Visual C++ Download Issues

Hello,

I'm trying to download Microsoft Visual C++ 2022. I can't seem to get it successfully downloaded on my PC. The errors say the network resource isn't available and I have also tried it in hidden admin mode. No other versions of it are on my computer as well. Any ideas of why this isn't working?

      I tried the links but its still not working. Getting the "click ok to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing" response.
