Microsoft Translator

Hello, 

By opening my Microsoft Translator in the taskbar of my PC I realized it didn't work. So I tried to reset it but in vain, so I uninstalled it.

Trying to install it online I realized it is not currently available for PC but IOS and Android.

How can I reinstall it ?
