Microsoft Teams Joining into Cisco Webex Meeting and Webex Room Devices

Hi Expert ,

My First Post in techcommunity, 

i  have a setup of  Ms Teams and  cisco webex meeting and webex room kit devices , 

i need to join the webex meeting , jabber and  call into webex  roomkit devices ,,,

i used  Webex BOT in  MS teams,  but it need  admin approval ,,,

also i need to add jabber  BOT in Ms teams to use the calling feature from MSteam ..

for both it need approval from admin,,,,

which admin ,,, AD admin  or    CUCM  admin ...

how can i do it

pls help
