Is there any way to permanently stop Windows 10 from nagging me to upgrade to Windows 11?

I'm staying on Windows 10 because my current setup runs perfectly fine and I have zero interest in upgrading right now. But Microsoft is being relentless—I keep getting full-screen prompts and notifications trying to push Windows 11 on me, sometimes right in the middle of my work. I've already tried disabling tips and hiding the upgrade notification in Settings, but it always seems to come back after a random cumulative update.

Is there a reliable registry tweak or a specific policy I can change to kill these upgrade nags permanently? I'd rather not use third-party tools if I can avoid it, so any official Windows setting or proven workaround would be greatly appreciated.
