Is eDEX-UI still good on Windows 10 in 2026?
Most reviews about eDEX-UI are from several years ago, so I’m wondering if the project has improved since then, especially when it comes to memory usage, performance, and overall stability.
I have mainly used Windows 10 for years and only tried Windows 11 for a short time before going back. I’m not very experienced with terminal tools or command-line interfaces, but eDEX-UI’s futuristic design looks interesting and I’d like to try something different.
I’m curious whether it is still practical to use in 2026 or if it has become outdated. Is it beginner-friendly for someone who doesn’t use terminals often? Does it run smoothly on Windows 10, or does it consume too many system resources? Any recent experience or recommendations would be appreciated.
