Disk at 100% most of the time even though the disk speed is usually pretty minimum like 1.5 MB/sec. Transferring a large file takes it to 110 MB/sec. But just normal navigating in Windows spikes it to 100% (with like 2MB/sec).
Restarting and signing in is VERY slow and the disk is at 100% for 5 minutes while always showing a very low speed (like maxing out at 2MB/sec.
The virtual HD is on a disk array that can read and write at 150 MB/sec.
